I had to stay at this hotel for four nights and I was really disappointed in the stay. When I checked in, there wasn't anyone at the main desk for awhile. Someone finally arrived wearing what looked like an undershirt and workout pants. When I got into the room, I only was given one face towel and one bath towel. I had to call for washcloths. The room was pretty small and there wasn't a channel guide. If you're staying at a hotel, most likely you're from out of town so you don't know the stations and a guide would help. I spent so much time going around the dial looking for stations. There's also only one ice machine in the hotel on the first floor. There should be one on each floor. For what the hotel charged, it should have been a better run hotel. I wasn't expecting luxury, but it should have better amenities.

Hotel staff very friendly. Room had nice view and very clean. We ate at the cafe on the premises. Our meal was excellent. Would stay again.

The hotel advertises a pool which is now filed with cement, you can order food but the only coffee and the coffee in the room is gross, toilet didn't flush, I had no shower liner so the bathroom flooded when I showered, the shampoo and conditioner was like a teaspoon of each, the cleaning staff for the entire hotel was only three people, the bar was decent and the bartenders very nice. It was just very no frills.

Room had stains on ceiling, wall and floor lamp. Beds not comfortable, food in pub was average, and the dining area was unkept. Brunch was very nice. Staff was also very nice and tried to be accommodating, but would not stay there again.

Our cleaning procedures are as follows:1.We have set up full Covid-19 cleaning procedures with direction from hotel brands and the Federal Government 2.
