Didn’t realize that we needed to swap towels out ourselves or ask the front desk for toilet paper or garbage bags. Some things should be stocked in the rooms (like toilet paper). Kind of embarrassing to go ask for it.

I would stay here again. A nice stay for a great price. Coffee maker and small fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was clean.

the hotel looks nothing like the online pictures. the staff is unfriendly and they do not clean. my room was full of smoke smell from weed and cigarettes. the pool is as dirty as the bottom of a mud pit. they over clorine the pool to hide the dirt I guess. the hot tub has hair and dirt floating up from the vent. it looked like cat hair balls. the bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. this was the worst hotel that I ever been in. Don't mention the dog barks all night. THERE IS MINIMAL Covid monitoring in the gym and pool. the best part of the Plaza Ramada was when we left. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room had vomit stains on the bed skirt. Staff was VERY helpful re: situation and took the bed skirt off. They did give me cash back in room. However, overall everything was old and dingy looking. Rooms smelled like smoke.

This was my first time at a hotel that was dirty and falling apart.staff is uneasiness and guest were noisy. Smoke of all kinds coming in the room. Children were noisy and dog bark all night and poop all over the parking lot. Hot tub was filthy with tons of hair coming up out of the jets. Staff over chlorine the pool but pool is fill of dirt particles perhaps from the lining that is coming off. Bathroom is not clean. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.

The room is cozy, but not all the lamps work, it's not very pleasant when you get into a room, it's dark in it, you try to turn on the lamp that is closest to you, but it doesn't work. Pleased with the presence of a balcony.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. We also asked for a cot and it literally was not possible so sleep on it. It was so old and paper thin! We opted to sleep on the floor instead.
