It was dark when I checked in so I didn't see blood on top cover, pills on floor, beer bottle caps on floor, light bulbs missing in lamps, water in shower could not turn on it was so loose it just kept turning, no shower curtain and poop on floor in bathroom. The breakfast was not even room temperature and no coffee. This motel should be used as a pay by the hour motel.

When we first got to the hotel we thought it was ok. First we found some minor issues and we overlooked it. I went to bed while my husband went to brush his teeth and get ready to take his shower,(this was around midnight) by my surprise my husband woke me up to tell me that we needed to switch rooms for the reason that when he turned on the water and there was only cold water and he could not shut off the water. He had gone to the front desk telling them about the issue and the clerk stated that either we could check out or get another room. (she was not very nice) Since it was then after midnight we asked for a other room. We moved and you probably will not believe this but the toilet had poop on it, good thing I carry Lysol with me. After cleaning the bathroom my husband got his shower and we finally got to go to sleep(keep in mind that we had an early meeting to attend) My friend who's room I booked had also a bad experience, she found pill bottles with pill's on the floor, was in the shower shampoo in her hair when all of sudden the water pressure went down to nothing she had to get out of the shower to try and rinse the shampoo out in the sink. Overall a very bad experience. The clerk offered me some points which don't mean anything because when you order a room on line, like with you guys we don't receive points, therefore I never get enough for a free night. I have requested for the manager to call me. He probably wont, so if you have a phone number for me to make a formal complain I would appreciate it. Thank you.
