When we walked in the hotel it had a odor to it. When we went to our room we noticed a hour later that ants crawling over one of the beds. We called the desk and thankfully they changed our room. I will be going back to Gettysburg but definitely would never stay at this hotel ever again!

TV was unplugged attendant had to get a new surge protector, light bulb was out on the lamp between beds, toilet ran all night. The noise from toilet running kept us awake.

The hotel is dog friendly which is great. However you can not walk around property without stepping In dog feces. Trash overflowing out side. The door that is supposed to be locked for security. I was told just pull real hard when the key did not open it. Had no conditioner available. And it smells like chemicals inside.

Our TV went out a couple of times..the surge protector would turn off…had to leave the switch at the door on in order to turn on our night stand lights on and off.

The room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room and there were cigarette burns in the bedspread. Also on Friday the people in the room above mine sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. If I had not had my pet with me I would’ve found another hotel.

We were greeted upon arrival and within five minutes, we were checked in with keys in hand. Staff was welcoming and very accommodating. Room was tidy and well stocked with enough towels for three days without needing more. The prepackaged breakfast was nice as well as the complimentary juice, water and coffee in the morning. Unlike other hotels, it was exceptionally quiet at night which made it easy to get a well rested night of sleep. Thank you!

Staff nice. Only good thing! Walked into room smelled of disinfectant. I thought good. Wore off smelled of stall cigarette smoke. We bought freebreeze.Doors stuck, toilet seat didn’t fit toilet.Our room clean and lobby only clean places.Run down public swimming area very unclean etc. I never leave a bad review. Don’t stay there.

We were promised breakfast would be included but instead in the lobby it was coffee and little blueberry muffins not the breakfast that was promised. Also I was told it was a hot tub and yes there was one with a tarp over it.The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on if you could call that sleeping we were up all night. Additionally there was a chair in there and when you Sat in it you hpractically went down to the floor.

Got in my room and everything seemed fine. Decided to put some clothes in the dresser and to my surprise found one dead cockroach and one live one that ran as soon as I saw it. I was hesitant to stay but was given another room which was any better. Slept in my car and unfortunately was not compensate the next morning. They said the manager wasn't there. Call Sam, the hotel manager and left a message. Of course, no call back. Don't stay here.

I actually didn’t end up staying here. I booked online and once I drove up I knew I had made a mistake in booking. The place was run down but I got there early so I required about breakfast. The front desk associate was frank and said they only do grab and go. I asked for a cancellation and she told me it was too late. I still ended up not staying there. Go over to the Days Inn next door….

We got a pet friendly room so its expected that you may find some sign that there was a pet in the room at some point recently but when we walked into the door we were blasted with the smell of ammonia from urine. The room looked okay and clean but as we were getting settled in and used to the smell, the arm rest on the desk chair was broken, the latch lock above the door handle was busted and the door to the closet won't shut. The receptionist was really sweet and it seems like a decent hotel but our room was not up to par.

Floors, walls and furniture dirty and not maintained. Nothing has seen a coat of paint since the third day of Gettysburg Civil War battle. Had to ask for more towels and wash rags. Personnel was accommodating if you asked. It would have been nice to have been told that 2nd night stay required room service when we checked in.

We arrived at the same time as a bus load of very noisy guest who had rooms next to us. The front desk was very accommodating when we asked to change roomd. However, the room left a lot to be desired. There was black mold around the tub caulking; not conducive to bathing or showering. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall; had to be very careful not to knock it off completely. And the clothes closet had no bar or rod for hanging clothes on; was virtually useless. The entire experience makes me doubt I want to stay at Quality Inns again.

Desperately in need of renewal. Construction dirt was even in our room. Security was sketchy secondary doors wide open.No drain plug. Very bear and aged facility Should have told customers construction in progress.

The hotel was going through a lot of renovations while we stayed in Gettysburg. Even with all of the renovations they still had comfortable rooms, a hot breakfast that they kept well stocked, clean foyer and friendly staff. Great job on keeping a great professional attitude to keep customers happy and well taken care of!
