The power was out when we got there and had to wait a hour and a half for it to come back on. Then when were put in a room it didn't have any power still. Then they moved us to a second room that had a broken air conditioner and a missing remote. Then they moved us a third time to another room that had a broken refrigerator and broken remote. Glad they weren't full or we would of been screwed.

The roomed smelled of smoke and there were burn marks on bedding. There was a shattered mirror on the wall and no mirror above the sink. The floor was dirty and there was paint splattered all over the walls. At checkin the girl told my husband she was upgrading us to a king room which is what we had and paid for. All we were told was thanks for letting us know. They didn’t even have coffee in the morning.

I changed my reservation two days before I checked in from four days to two days. Even after getting a confirmation of the change the desk had no knowledge of it and still had my reservation for four nights.

"Dog Poop"

I show dogs and those of us there for the Louisville Kennel club show we’re shocked at the tremendous amount of dog waste all over the grass and landscaping. As Dog Show exhibitors we know to pick up after our dogs we are regularly warned about keeping our hotel clean. This was obviously from Traveling Pet owners who don’t know what diseases and germs dog waste carries. Every show person I saw picked up after their dogs. This waste was old weeks old Such a shame. I’m sure our show people will be blamed. The dog waste containers didn’t have bags perhaps that would help. I shared my bags with those who were surprised about not finding bags.

I reserved this room on 07/30/2018. For over a 9 month period I have called and emailed to ask if there was anyway that I could move this to a different date or maybe pay a penalty fee. I haven't seen one response for a very long time. I understand that this is a non refundable reservation but dear lord it wasn't like I tried to cancel @ the last second. My card was charged $726.04 for this room around May 4th 2019 and I was @ my sons graduation @ Norfolk St University in Virginia. You guys should be very proud of yourselves. Hospitality???? It was very nice that I received an email asking how my stay was and asking to share my experience. CONF # 55108SB011889.

Would not recommend this particular motel. The carpeting between the beds was dirty with stains and smelled. Had to get down on your hands and knees to read the instrument panel on the heat/air conditioner. The elevator was shaking and sounded like it was about to collapse and crash. Also, the elevator was very dirty and had a foul smell. The soap was so small only had enough to wash your hands let alone take a shower. No shampoo in the room.

"Bugs In My Room."

The interior of the room was nice, but the walls were very thin you could hear everything. The noisy highway, people walking upstairs and the rooms next to you and when the toilet flushed, it made a loud noise. The worst part of it was the variety of bugs in my room. A few stink bugs, little beetles and the worst was a cockroach crawling on my bed when I was on it. There was also not enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms. Other than that, it was a lovely place.
