"WE arrived at Red Roof Rockford, they had no power and didn't know when it was come back."

This is the worst hotels I have ever visited. It smelt terrible, no air conditioning. Arrived to other guests complaining("F" word were flying) about the conditions and now electric supply for hours before we arrived. I asked to be shown to our room, reception answered " I can not get you into the system due to no power to her computer" asked how long we shall we wait. Answer " two hours" then it would have been 9 at night. We had been driving all day. I asked to speak to the Manager (of course they weren't there. I asked the receptionist to call her. which she did. I ask what was said. what was relaid to us was they would refund our nights stay because they didn't have a room they could give us. I was charged the following month on my credit card. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND ASAP. You should not recommend this Red Roof to a dog let alone a family. Very Very disappointed with Red Roof and your service.

"Worst RRI Ever Rockford Ill."

Worst RRI I ever stayed in. Service was bad. I was charged $120 when everyone else paid $78. I've been staying at RRIs for many years and this one horrible. Our room was dirty. The bathroom floor was filthy with dirty footprints and dirt on it. There was something splashed all over the bathroom door that was never wiped off. There was no courtesy information in the room, no phone book. The pillow cases were wrinkled and hadn't been changed. There were people hanging out of their rooms and grilling on the sidewalk with dogs running loose. We will never stay at a RRI again. Before your roll your eyes at this review. you should know that I did this work for years and was the head of Housekeeping at a major hotel where I live. You need to inspect these rooms. They're disgusting. Ours also had a cigarette burn on the toilet seat and smelled like someone had smoked in there. I would've fired whomever "cleaned" that room. It sure wasn't worth $120. If I was going to pay that much I would expect at least a clean room.Someones.

"Fast, easy and the staff was amazing!"

Checked in around 7 and it had been a long day. Went in to check in and with in minutes I was in our room. We had a dog as well and it was just a great experience all the way around. Great job!

Absolutely the worse hotel we have ever visited. We will never book a Red Roof again it was completely disgusting people where complaining about no toliet paper no electricity or towels. I have never been so outraged in all my travels.

From the road I mistakenly used a paid booking service to find night lodging. Told me my usual La Quinta in the area was full and booked this Red Roof in for twice what I usually pay. I was stressed on the road and took the booking. Hotel area was littered with trash, hallways dirty, my foot stuck to the parking lot ground. Hotel room had no tissues in the room for two one towel, two of the lights did not work no ice or any vending machines awful experience and no sleep with the all night party on the ground floor.

This room was not clean. After traveling with almost 8 hours with kids I did not want to pack everything back up and switch rooms only to have to find that one to be dirty as well so I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. It's very clear that they only clean specific items in this room. The bed was actually very clean, no complaints there. The rest of the room was disgusting. They say the rooms are 100% non smoking but our room smelled horribly and we watched as the man who was staying a few doors down lit a cigarette and walked into his room. They do not check and they do not care. I was also charged an "authorization fee" that was equal to the amount of my room at $234.75. I was not told this charge would happen. It still has not been released and my money is still tied up. After my husband went and complained about our room we were told we would receive 15% off for our troubles and that never happened either. It was a very disappointing experience.

The beds were really uncomfortable and they only give you two pillows which were flat. Also, I do not like hotels that have outside entrances to the rooms. I will never stay here again.
