The curtain were filthy. The seating chair in room was stained up. Bathroom definitely wasn't clean. When we showered wouldn't even touch the walls. Was not happy at all.

When we checked in about four pm cleaning crew at work. Several bags of garbage had been placed in the hallway Garbage still there when we went to bed including a pizza box right outside our door. Back door ajar and no locking mechanism on it. Small Pool looked nice but kids in it all day. By the time they left and things quieted down, pool was closed (7 pm). Would have appreciated an hour or so of late evening access without kids. Jacuzzi did not work nor did room telephone. Bedroom wall patched but not sanded or painted. Hotel also required $100 security deposit.

I booked before I arrived via the suggested NFL flag link. I thought everything was good until I arrived tired from driving and the receptionist telling me there was something wrong with my reservation! Because the 3rd party never sent the proper documents for my stay I spent 1.5 hours on the phone waiting for help. The clerk at this hotel was not very helpful and rude. I just wanted to get sleep by 12a.m. This point I just paid for the room AGAIN! Will find out what happened with my first payment later. The bathroom looked like it had mold on the ceiling. Definitely a cheap stay.

"My stay was ok, a place to safely rest."

This hotel was average. I was not told about a room deposit ahead of time. The deposit was $50 but a sign on the entrance/exit doors said $100, so I guess that was a plus. Just tell me up front if there is a room deposit. Also, my husband and I were traveling with our child. We were not there to cause damage to the hotel room. We traveled from Maryland for soccer but the team was not staying with us. I understand this site is Hotels four Teams and I understand if a team of athletes stays in the hotel, then room deposits might be a good idea, but my reservation was for one room not 20 rooms. I tried to connect to the Internet and it did not work. There was a card with a number on it so you could call if you have trouble with the internet. The number was not a working number! I understand limited breakfast because of Covid19, but I don't think a single, gallon, jug of milk in the refrigerator is the safest alternative. Everyone has to touch the same handle! Individual milk cartons would have been a better choice. We needed a place to stay so we wouldn't have to travel back and forth for two games, one on Saturday and one on Sunday. So, we got our money's worth, a place to safely sleep. We will not be back!

I reserved on line and then went in to check in and the young lady at the counter had computer issues ? We waited over a half an hour and finally received room keys. No paperwork computer issues and she stated she would call when computers we up and she had the paperwork. Still waiting ? Then we could not find the room she said upstairs ? Hmmmmm I went into the first door open around the back and what a disaster ! Wet paint on the door with no signs paint all over my hands ! Then the place looked like it was under construction ? Just terrible. Doors that would not open, handles falling off the doors and screwed on but still falling off. I will call management for a resolution.

"Poor quality for the money."

1. The room smelled of a "bleach out" 2. I booked the room for four nights and paid in full with cc. Checked out on 3rd day, didn't get a refund for the 4th night..highly ticked off! 3. "Continental breakfast" consists of 2% milk for coffee that was at least three hours old, not fresh. Bread to toast and nothing to put anything on it like jelly. Cold cereal dispensers with Fruitloops and Cheerios, again only 2% milk. Not one piece of fruit or yoghurt. 4. On check out I wanted to know how I can expect my refund for the night I paid in advance but didn't use, the manager was rude and said: "you're paid up, that's it." 5. I will not stay there again. Very disappointing and the bleach smell didn't help.

Bathroom was moldy and dingy.. . bedroom area had places on the wall that looked like there was damage and was plastered over but not painted. we had stayed there a few years ago and was not happy but supposedly was remodeled so we took a chance. Will not be returning again. One positive is that we booked while we were on the road and it was the same day, so we clearly were happy to get a room on such late notice.

"The Property is Showing It's Age and Requires a Deep Thorough Cleaning."

The carpet was dirty, sticky and not vacuumed well with accumulation of dust on the floor. The sheets had an old cigarette burn hole. The privacy shades did not stay closed/overlapped allowing people walking by to peer in, I used a paperclip to try to secure my privacy. The light at the doorway did not work so on my first night I was stepping into a pitch black room. I had to prop open the access door and find the light switch in the bathroom. Lobby looked nice but the main hallway to the rooms had a smoke/damp odor. It appears the property gets a lot of use by construction personnel or other trades who may be staying there through a project that type of use is very demanding on décor and furnishings and requires attention to detail to keep clean and neat. For the price I paid for the stay, I did not get the level of service I expected from Days Inn. I won't stay there again nor will I recommend. The staff I met was helpful and professional.
