I was unable to cancel my second night because we had made the reservation online by the second party. Nowhere in your written information except online said that you could not cancel once you made the reservation and prepaid. I spoke with multiple managers with no satisfactory conclusion. We wanted to stay only one night but had made reservations accidentally for two nights and we’re unable to cancel the second night Because the reservationit had been made through a third party. I spoke with multiple people with no satisfactory results. I am 84 years old and my husband is 86 years old. I have macular degeneration and I’m not able to use the computer nor read anything on the computer and that is the only place this information was given. We requested a cancellation and a refund multiple times for multiple people with no response. I am extremely disappointed in the service that we received and the distain in which we as seniors were treated. As elderly people, we are on accustomed to today’s complex technology. I still feel that we should have been given a refund for our second night when it was not needed and was not used. I felt that the people we dealt with were unsympathetic to the fact that I could not use the computer because I could not see adequately. If there is anyway, we can be reimbursed for our unused night at the Warwick hotel, I would appreciate it.

The Warwick is well located for those attending concerts in downtown Denver. From the moment you are greeted by the friendly valet staff to the front desk folks, everyone is prompt and friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet and the beds are comfortable. A nice stay.

Mostly the environment homeless drug adddicts shooting up very close by. Ambulance s every hour no sleep. Thin walls.

We stayed for three nights, and room/hotel seemed very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and our stay overall would be considered comfortable. Enjoyed receiving complimentary bottled water from the staff upon request throughout our stay. Also, the service and food at the on-property restaurant was great. Would stay again!
The Warwick is nice. It was clean and quiet and we liked the atmosphere. The pool rooftop area was fun!
Room was very clean,neat and tidy. Will recommend to friends and family.
This is a lovely vintage hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed with coffee maker and refrigerator. The balcony was a great place to take advantage of Denver’s mild June weather and enjoy other city view. Important to me the bed was very comfortable. The closet was big enough to be a nursery! It held the suitcases well.
My stay was okay. This was my fourth trip to Denver and I wanted to stay at a local hotel. I must say that Zoe was great, she was able to accommodate our needs. She was happy to help, she smiled and was knowledgeable. She is who made our stay pleasant, it got to the point that we started asking what time she was coming to work just because she was getting things taken care of. I was traveling with my two sisters and when we decided that we needed a larger room, Zoe was happy to help. Great job Zoe, we greatly appreciate you for everything.
