"Worst employee and the worst manager I have ever delt with, EVER."
Overall Score1.0/ 5
From the time I entered the hotel lobby I was greeted by the rudest employee behind the desk. The next morning I again was awoken from a sleep after working hospital shifts. When I went down to desk I was greeted my the most mouthy, degrading, rude, bully manager with his shirt unbuttoned with chains hanging out his chest. I tried nicely to zain a verbal complaint about the male employee but he didn’t want to hear it and told me I had to leave and he didn’t want my business. _For what ? For filing a verbal complaint? I called some Friends that are in law enforcement and other people that work in town who are well respected and they all said they have heard nothing but complaints about how management deals with people. They say rude and disrespectful. Now read there reviews starting a year ago on different sites and you will see they have a pattern of bad behavior. This is not new information but I made the mistake of not reading reviews before I booked there. Shame on me ! I’m a retired firefighter from the Boston area and I am a decent person with no reason to lie but these people are rude. Disgusting bullies and more. I wouldn’t treat my worst enemy like I was treated. With that, go somewhere else. Read the reviews and look at the pictures people take of disgusting things. My room had a fowl odor in it from the minute I walked in. I stayed one night and cause I complained, I got kicked out. No Lie. Told to pack my bags and leave. I’m sorry but I am so pissed off that during a pandemic these people treat others like they treated me. I’m sorry to the cooperation of this business I write this bad review. But there is no reason I was treated like I was.

"I am totally disgusted with the male staff employee and the manager."
Overall Score1.0/ 5
I booked 7 nights. I ended up going a day early and had to make another reservation for a day early. On my first morning I was awoken by a extremely rude male worker at the desk who also was rude to me on my arrival the first day I went. I am happy to verbally explain what happened. On the morning phone call the male at the desk on the phone told me on the phone to. WATCH MY MOUTH.. All I was doing was explaining Inhas already checked in and he said he didn’t care, that I had to do it again do to it being a new reservation. I got out of bed changed and went down there the manager was standing with a new hire. I said to the manager I was making a complaint about my greeting the first day and the phon conversation about this workers extremely bad attitude. The manager would not let me even explain what occurred and kept interrupting me and when I put my credit card down and license again he said, you have to leave. Your not staying here, your trouble, we don’t need you. I tried to explain all I was doing was complaining about his worker and that he didn’t want to here it and he was calling guest reservations to have my money refunded. I tried to explain I spent all my money on my debit card and had no money left. He said he didn’t care and he could not give me money cause I paid my debit card on the phone. He was absolutely so rude and would not let me explain anything about the worker being rude. He stated since the virus was going on he didn’t have to take my shit. And for me to pack up and he would call Corp reservationists to have my money refunded. I did nothing wrong other then to make a verbal complaint but this manager did not care one bit and in my belief was showing off to the new hire he was training on her dirt day. I actually felt bad for her she had to listen to this situation go down. I’m a retired firefighter of 18 years and work now at Boston hospitals with troubled people so that’s why I’m quarantined. When I was leaving I was angry and did have words with the manager who again didn’t want to hear from me and just kept saying get out. I made phone calls after to law enforcement and they even said that the kid who gave me all the grief from the beginning to the phone call is a rude rude person. I’ve also spoke with some people who said the kid is rude and that the manager is rude and does not listen to anyone but himself. I will tell you this is the first time in my life that I ever had a issue like this in my life. You can go ahead and believe the manager and this kid who works there but I promise you I was a regular customer who was treated rude and disrespectful. I will be happy to speak to anyone from cooperate about what occurred. I went down the street to a nice hotel and they treated me with respect and kindness, they thanked me for my service and could not have been nicer. The manager stayed my money was gonna be refunded and I really need it to pay for my future stays during this virus. I am o disgusted with this treatment and I promise what they did to me and how they treated me is inexcusable. Andy Nichols.

"Two weeks stay in Woburn."
Overall Score4.0/ 5
For Work I stayed two weeks in the hotel. 10 minutes walk to work, five to a big supermarket. And my own small kitchen to cook. That was really good. Rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpfull. The ratio price versus quality was very good.
