"Far, far from extraordinary ! NA~HPU."
Overall Score1.0/ 5
Last minute travel..great deal..I guess: ( I can’t stop thinking about the many pieces of dried nasal mucus all over the walls…Yes, boogers… yuck ! The bath towels—discolored looking dishwashing rags from 1980 diner. The length of hand towels(you can actual see through). Maybe I was suppose to use different hand towels for different parts of my body….The bed linden lightly solid with paint etc. the peep hole for the room door was lightly stuffed with tissue paper….The wooden look floor full of countless holes… the non smoke room was filled with old cigarette smoke …had to purchase plug ins and air freshener. Yes, front desk did give me a spray but it smelled like “death”. I wasn’t sure if the receptionist understood me but I didn’t understand her…her accent was too fast and far from a southern accent. The bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom~maybe it couldn’t fit. The view from the torn drapes an abandoned car with no wheels, deer family, very high bushes absolutely dead area no activity kinda spooky. The pool was neatly covered because it’s fall…lol The vendor machines all had hand written signs “out of order”. Upon checking out few roaches waved their good byes and checking out rang the buzzer several times. That wasn’t enough I had to shout out “ready to check out”! Not sure if that was a good idea because I had woken the front desk receptionist…. the same lady that gave me the death smelling air freshener. Perfect setting for the upcoming season of Halloween. Horror movie setting inside out .. very dull and dreary. Not associated with HPU far, far from extraordinary ! The parking lot, lobby and the entire hotel is screaming for renovations. Please help this hotel. I need a refund for purchasing air freshener, plug in bleach cleaner, pillows and bath towels.

"The WORST hotel that I've ever seen, after having traveled the world. It should be closed down imme"
Overall Score1.0/ 5
TERRIBLE: No telephone in room; took three hrs to fix the TV after having gone to the desk four times; did not clean the room, nor bring clean towels; rug in hallway was FILTHY; I could not get my money refunded to check into another hotel. Upon entering, mattresses were piled up in the sitting area, customers looked very scary when walking the halls; the vanity sink faucets needed replaced, water ran all over the sink when turned on, etc. The ONLY thing that I can say was ok, was the parking lot.

"Will not be back."
Overall Score2.0/ 5
TV remote did not have a back. Batteries kept falling out. Shower had mold between cracks (should have been caulked). All windows in the place were smeared and dirty. Tile broken in elevator. Stairs was never swept. Someone needs to go in and inspect premises.

"Worst stay at a hotel."
Overall Score1.0/ 5
Room service was non existent. The one time they came to the room, they took the dirty towels and didn't leave clean ones. They did not clean the room or take the trash. There was no remote for the TV and once I got one, it didn't work. My stay was for five days. They knocked on my door at 9am for room service. Beds weren't that comfortable. Room cleanliness I give a poor rating. Hair and some trash on the floor.
