The room was cold when we arrived and took several hours to come up to temperature. The floor had a caved in spot that was strange near the bathroom. The shower in the bathroom was ground in black dirt and the tile was painted. The sink address bites on it and looked aged. Overall the bed was comfortable.

Reserved a room online and upon arrival was very disappointed with the hotels outside appearance. It looked very run down and un maintained. Went to the room and it was filthy and the linens had not been changed and the bathroom towels were folded but used, still had hair and stains on them. I would not recommend this Super 8 hotel to anyone.

We stayed in room 108.While the sheets and towels were clean, the rest of the room was absolutely horrible, starting with the floor in front of the sink the felt like we would fall through right down to the shower that had a sloppy caulking.

"Worst hotel ever."

I have stayed at some less then desirable hotels, but this by far takes the cake. The rooms look like they were remodeled by someone with zero experience. The toilet paper holder in place of a soap holder in the shower is a decent example of what "creativity" was used during the remodel. By the way, the toilet paper holder was as old as the property, so my guess is no material was thrown out. The "continental" breakfast consisted of yesterday's coffee rewarmed, three types of cereal that had been in the cereal dispenser when we arrived the prior day, four granola bars thrown on the counter and open one gallon containers of milk and apple juice kept in a luke warm fridge. I took a granola bar because I needed something in my stomach for the long drive ahead of me that day, but ended up giving it to the beggar who chased us around hounding us for money. This property is beyond habitable, it needs a professional overhaul and professional management who give a damn to turn this disaster around. If nothing changes I will be surprised if the lights are still on next year when I drive throught Wells again, where I will stay at the Hampton inn. I booked this hotel for two things, the location and the continental breakfast. I want a refund as I did not receive what I paid for. Room smelled of smoke. Shower had mold on the walls. Floor felt like there were holes in it, only the carpet stopped you from falling through. Used an old toilet roll holder in the shower to hold shampoo. Over priced. Would never stay there again.

Your booking company doesn't know what they are doing. I ask them to book a room at Battle Mountain Nv. but when I got there I didn't have a room booked when I checked my email I found out that he booked me for a room at your motel after driving for 10 hours I didn't feel safe driving any farther. Now I am in a battle trying to get my money back since your booking company thinks I am in the wrong for now making it to your motel. Your company may want to review your standing with the booking company and choose one that treats your guests to a better standard.
