The bathroom sink faucet was defective, towels were inadequate; in general, the bathroom was a disaster. The sleeping accommodations were fine. The kitchen was completely devoid of even an option for anything to drink, except tap water.

People at the hotel very friendly and the Continental Breakfast had what I needed to start my day. Rooms are clean, but carpet, furniture and comforters need updating. My room had a musty smell to it as well. Bathrooms were clean, but also needed upgrade.

Both Labor Day and Army's opening day occurred on the same weekend. All other hostelries required a $500+ two night booking. Fairbridge allowed my one night stay and even allowed early check in. Great place! Army 14, Rice 7.

Dented in front door. Had to stuff towels at base of door to make sure no critters might crawl in. Broken toilet seat. Humming light in bathroom. Offered two rooms which were worse. I left behind a makeup mirror called within a few hours and they said it was not there.
