I made the reservation for Haley and she wanted to change hotels. I tried canceling the reservation 45 minutes after I made it and the hotel refused to cancel it because the reservation had to have been canceled by June 17th. Which was impossible because I made the reservation on the 18th. And then to top it off the idiot didn’t see my message and she made her own reservation at your hotel with my money. So I paid over $380 for two hotel rooms and one was never occupied. I’ll never stay in one of your hotels again.
We will stay there again. We have stayed there several times and it is always clean and staff is friendly.
Every one was friendly. The room was clean. The bed sheets were clean too.
