Everything was good except the side door was unlocked. I told the front desk who said that she would text maintenance. two hours later, I checked the door and it was still unlocked. I told the desk clerk on duty then who said he knew about it and the door had problems locking. I asked when it would be fixed and he said probably not until tomorrow. I checked again the next morning and it was still unlocked. Therefore, the hallway was not secure through the night.
