Shower didn't work right, locks messed up, fans don't work in restrooms, water stains on curtains and the reservation was twice as much as before. I'll never do it again.

I want to give a special shout out to this hotels workers. Specifically three ladies Heather, Jessica and Radida. I am a truck driver and have been stranded a few days and all three of these ladies GREATLY helped me out and I’m forever grateful to all of them. I will stay here anytime I’m in the area. Comfortable and clean beds as well. Thank you ladies so much!

No hot water! Not even warm! Bathroom appliances had no covers on them. looked half made. TV reception was terrible. .stuttered all the time trying to watch. Dead bolt on door did not work. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!

Bad bad bad. Very poor impression of first view of inn. Room was very poor. Carpet dark, dirty, edges, corners dirty. Ceiling has water stains supposedly fixed by painting. Rusty chips in many areas of the ceiling. Breakfast was very limited. Waffel mix was out, few containers of yogurt, no fruit or eggs. Very very poor all around.Definitely will not stay at a Quality Inn again. Would like to ask for my money back.
