I stay here every time I go to Florida. Clean! And the breakfast and area is always good and welcoming! I'll definitely be back 😊.
We arrived exhausted. At 84 my legs gave out and the front desk clerk on check-in saw my dilemma and immediately asked if I was in need of assistance or a wheelchair. She graciously wheeled me to my room and assisted my grandson with our luggage. I didn't get her name but I would like to say a big thank you for all her help and she never complained once. The rest of the staff was equally understanding.
There was a loud party on the first floor. There were at least 50 people there and the base thumped and the building shook. The lady at the desk said she didn’t know when the party would end nor did she know whose party it was. She didn’t know NOTHING. It was so bad that lots of other hotel guests walked out too. Give it five stars for mismanagement.
Pet fee $50, booking site says $25. Too late to change hotel.

No greeted us, person at front desk rude and the Marijuana topped it off.
All went well. Clean room and good hot breakfast choices.
The staff was friendly, the breakfast was simple but with many options and the beds were comfortable, thanks!
The room was great. Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom was hard to use with a walker for my handicap mother but we made it work.
