when I showed to the hotel I made sure to to call before I came up there to check in that it was okay for a late check in and I was informed it was okay to do so ! I showed up to the hotel after being on the road for 6hrs straight and the lady at the front desk gave me issues ! I paid for two rooms and was turned down at the front desk because I asked the lady to not double charge my card because we already paid online and I was not sure why she asked for the card to be charged again, she later then said “I will not give you your room if you’re going to get smart” and all I said was to make sure it didn’t double charge because it stated on my bank app the charges went through and she tried charging the room again, she then said wait for a manger and called the police and we’re not able to stay in room I booked ahead of time !
Front desk personnel w re very co?urteous and helpful.
The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were awesome.
Customer service was excellent. Room was very clean. I will stay here again.

Property is well kept, rooms are spacious and kept clean. The breakfast is very good. A good place to stay for business trips at a very reasonable price.
Positive: the lady at the front desk was very nice when we checked in Negative: no elevator and we were on the second floor to the end of the hotel and had to walk back down because our first set of keys didn't work. Room was very in need of a makeover and the door had an old fashioned chain security lock which didn't seem very safe. Breakfast was very limited and the juice machine was out so my grandkids had nothing to drink.
The hotel room was clean.
