Upon arrival on 9/10, I requested from Sara Wyatt (desk clerk) a cab pick up at 6:15 am the next morning. Wife has cancer and needed to be at Mass. General by 8:00 am on 9/11 for several medical tests. The cancer is aggressive so we must be there on time, or it could be several weeks to schedule another appointment. On 9/11 at 5:45 am, I checked to make sure the cab was ordered. It was not. The morning clerk was then able to get us a cab after several calls. Had we missed this critical appointment, then my wife's faith would not be positive as the cancer is growing quite rapidly. We now have an appointment for 9/17 for radiation therapy. This may not be a big deal to some, but to us it was hope with a good ending. The rest of the stay was great.
