My room was nice but the customer service could use some help. I probably won’t recommend this hotel to my friends or family. A few smiles and friendly greetings wouldn’t hurt to give that to your hotel guests. Everyone looked pissed off at the front desk when I checked out.

We had a great start from the beginning with Liz at the front desk. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was nice and with a great view of the city. We had dinner at the Wyndham and the food and the service were awesome. The end of the stay was made great with the service of the valet who helped us with the directions to the expressway out of town. Overall a great Chicago experience.
