"Bad Experience with Bugs."

Rooms okay, but we experienced two huge bugs (looked to be one 1/2 inches long, favor looks to a roach) on Saturday 9/21/19, running across the floor. Called front desk, maintenance came up to the room and saw the bugs. Very uncomfortable experience. Unpacked in our garage to ensure we did not carry bugs home. Staff at this hotel was excellent with accommodating us.

"Front desk host."

John was the front desk host. He is very friendly and helped us check in and extended our check out time. John helped our large group of volleyball parents. John is a great asset at the hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

I very much liked the hotel room. It was very comfortable and clean, which is most important to me. Furnishings in the room were very well cared for. I cannot say that for the furnishings (seats on the chairs) in the eating area. Stained and dirty. Personnel were nice, friendly and helpful.
