Room was okay. Pool needed to be cleaned. I called about my grandpas room, 321 I think, the temp was locked at 79 degrees and they said maintenance will be in in the morning. So my grandpas slept in the hot room all night (being stubborn not wanting to sleep in mine) and maintenance never showed in the morning. My gpa wanted out of there asap. I forgot my make up bags but I thought "no big deal I can have my boyfriend in town pick it up" four phone calls later, all I have made. Twice promised " we'll call you back" with no word at all. I get it, stuff gets stolen, at least have the decency to tell me. I had my boyfriend waiting all day to hear if he should pick my things up. $300 worth of make up and face products, some I never even got to use yet gone. We were so excited for this trip and we couldn't even stay the whole time on what was very likely my sick grandpas last road trip. Not impressed.
