Great property. Self parking is an insult. The cost is absurd and valet takes most of the spots and is not even close to full. I have had a problem with the cost for years. I know Hyatt doesn't own the garage but that excuse is weak. That means nothing to this guest because it's the one the guests use. The price seems to go up every time lm here. I will continue to stay here and continue to be disappointed in the exorbitant charge for parking.

Was surprised when my room service order arrived in a shopping bag. Everything was plastic or styrofoam including the flatware. Television was difficult to operate. Very limited menu except for breakfast. Beautiful view and comfy beds.
Very nice hote.
