Ralph, victor, hakim and the bellman and Christian the breakfast hostess and my waiter and everyone who I interacted with were the very BEST hotel personnel that I have ever experienced( please do not tell Hyatt organization that because I am in the top teeny guests in the world with them! plus I have about two million points with hilton.

The staff was excellent. Rooms very clean. Nice atmosphere.
We have reserved rooms at the intercontinental Barclay several times and have enjoyed each and every stay. We have always found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable, the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable and the restaurant/bar menu items nicely presented reasonably priced.
always excellent but this time the Internet and television was off for over 24 hours of our stay. it was durinh=g the work week so I had to find a different and reliable source of Internet to continue to work. stressful.
