I am a member and have stayed at Holiday Inn and other affiliates, all over the country. As long as the beds and bathrooms are clean and the floor vacuumed I'm alright. However, there were items on the floor and hair in the tub. The worst part of the bathroom was when I went to step into the shower and half the curtain was broken, part of the inner curtain didn't even touch the top edge of the tub. The opposite end of the inner curtain was laying across the bottom of the tub. The inner curtain was not even attached correctly to the outer curtain. The tub had been painted at one time because the paint was now peeling off. I went to the gas station next door to get cleaning solutions so that I felt comfortable enough to take my shower. If you're interested, I took pictures and a video of the situation. The last thing to bother us was the fact that the desk chair was filthy. It had unrecognizable stains so we did not use it. Our room number was 532.
My fiancé stayed at this hotel and the word “filthy” doesn’t even do this experience justice. I have photos of the filth and the ROACH that was in the room. I want to be contacted about this.
