4th floor of facility was extremely loud all night and the overall soundproofing between rooms was unbelievable insufficient. Also, the fact that they only had one working elevator only made things worse.
We’ve stayed here on numerous occasions we’re from Rochester Ny and we love to get away from time to time to just relax and not do anything. It’s very clean and peaceful we love the quietness. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a clean and quiet place, this is it. The breakfast and coffee is good as well 😊.
