Our room was always cleaned, front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, breakfast was very good 😊.
Our stay at the hotel was excellent room and breakfast were very good the only issue we had was when we arrived we couldn’t find the hotel because they had switched over to Best Western and it took us about 15 minutes to find where the hotel was until I went to a pizza store to ask where the hotel was they told me they switched the day before the attendant said that she called as many people as she could or emailed but I never got anything but we enjoyed our experience there very much.
The staff was wonderful! I loved my room, very clean. The pool was clean. Located close to many attractions.
Your employee Stepheno did a great job for us.We forgot something there he called and I set up mailings to get our property back.He did a great job in helping us out The pool was fantastic.Will recommended Quality Inn in the future. TY Len Joncas W.

The pool was great very clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Stephan at the front desk did a great job. I forgot a tool for my health at the hotel and I worked with Stephan and I got my property back. He is a dynamite employee. Please appreciate him he loves his JOB. I will recommend your hotel to anyone staying in Mystic, Conn.
