They were aware of my arrival but were unorganized to check me in; took approximately 20 minutes. Housekeeping is terrible because there was hair in the shower, was towels were stained and covers had, Old cigarette burns. Thankfully, I had my own towels and a few throw blankets with me.

The bathtub had a hole n it the toilet wasn’t bolted down the door to the room wasn’t sealed off u could hear everything out side they were dead bugs laying around the mattress had a bad odor we told them but they just come n flipped it over they didn’t make the bed ever day I have stayed n motels before they made the bed ever day n brought towels n rags not there they didn’t.
