Front seat Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean.
My stay was for three nights and my room was not huge but well decorated and nice and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the manager, Kelly. They have a shuttle that runs once and hour to/from the airport (until 12:30 am). And although I didn’t take advantage of it, except of coffee, they serve breakfast. I will stay here next time I am in Pittsburgh.

Fantastic front desk person. Hotel seems rundown, appearance and guest wise. Nice but sketchy people hanging around outside. Didn’t give me the safe, a little upscale feeling Hampton usually does.
