Most important was communication with nighttime parking attendant having the car out at 5:30 and ready to go for our medical Appointment.

As always, the Sofitel exceeded my expectations. Easy check in. They extended our stay (for hospital reasons) when they were clearly at full capacity. Excellent food, excellent service. I love this hotel and will absolutely be returning to it again in the future.
