We enjoyed our stay, the room was large and well appointed. Comfy bed and I was thrilled to see down pillows! Friendly staff. We would stay again.
Room was very clean and it was so quiet on the 14th floor with a view! Went to Union Square! Jason the hotel mgr. told me exactly where to go with directions. He definitely did everything he could to make my stay enjoyable! Everyone else was so nice also! Will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to San Francisco!
