My overall experience was really good. The check in process was solid and the customer service was sharp and on point. When I arrived back to the hotel that evening/early morning (i.e. 12:30amish), my key card did not work. I walked up to the front office and informed the receptionist accordingly. The issue was fixed promptly, which I was most appreciative about. I was a little concerned when the receptionist said that another customer was given a key to my room and when the customer entered they noticed that someone else was staying there. The receptionist indicated that there was nothing to worry about because "the receptionist was right there and the other customer did not take more than a couple of steps into my room. All of that action seemed kind of odd to me. I do not believe anything was stolen from my room, but I wanted to say something and since I received the review survey. .here you go. The receptionist was kind, nice and quick to getting to the solution (i.e. a new room key).
Clean rooms, friendly service.
My sister and I just needed a break from reality. Our overnight stay at Sleep Inn did not disappoint! Highly recommend!
