The hotel was very clean and quiet. The person at the desk was kind and helpful. There was coffee in the lobby. Always a great experience.
I noticed that another guest had trouble with the entry system too unlock the door to the room.
I have stayed at this Red Roof for many years on my drive to CT from Erie. It is a convenient spot for me, a good value and a nice, clean hotel.
In an effort to conserve resources, guests who stay over more than one night have their towels replenished, and trash taken out as well as bed made daily. Bed linens are changed out every other day in stay over rooms unless guest requests full service.
