Booked a room directly throught their website, it took me to a third party agency to book. Got a confirmation email and text but when I showed up to check in I had no room.
Although staff was considerate, our room was far below par. We will never stay again.
This room should have never been open for use. when we entered the room, two bikes were prompted up against the one queen bed. The table lamps were inoperative due to no bulbs, the lamp shades were not attached, the TV did could be turned on since no remote was available, no phone in the room. The general condition was was very unappealing. The bathroom was unfit for use, The tub was stained. I will never book a Red roof Inn again.
The basic expectations were met and customer service was extraordinary, the staff really cared.
