The room was comfortable. We felt safe.
The room was disappointing from beginning. Had dirty towels behind door. The floors n air conditioners filthy dusty. Made me ill. I cleaned my room on my hands and knees because I didn’t want to get sicker. And called front desk to complain several times with no help.
Was ok. Men working at desk were very hard to understand and the night clerk was not very good or understanding and I could not understand what he was saying have the time. Suggest there be extra towles availabe at the desk if needed. they just said I had to contact housekeeping in the morning, Not a good practice for a guest to have to go through. The lady working the desk was geat she was very helpfull. I sugesst that you have someone look at some of the practices at the hotel.
