I checked in and went to my room. The keys didn't work. Got new keys at front desk and they didn't work for a second time. The room was musty smelling. The dishwasher was open with dishes in it. The couch was pushed in on one side. The refrigerator had milk and juice in it. There were hangers hanging from the drapes. The drain in the sink emptied slowly. The TV was tiny and ridiculously ridiculously far away. We went to the front desk and requested a refund and they told us the manager had to take care of it and she wasn't in. She was supposed to call me but hasn't yet. I expect a complete refund as the hotel room was a mess.
