Room was average stayed on backside. People in room next to us were very loud. Breakfast bar was not good at all. Homeless man in parking lot. Let front desk know and no one did anything about that. Did not feel safe.
Met a couple homeless guys and did my best to help them out.

I stay here often when I visit my family because they allow pets, I'm a good client, quiet, leave the room as I found it and pay with no problems so in return I think courtesy from all staff should be given, while the cleaning staff is excellent along with some of hotel staff the two women who seem to be in charge lack in customer service and how to speak to people in general! The pool is well maintain although small and pool chairs are very uncomfortable, parking is sometimes unavailable and the train that goes right behind the building and blows the horn at 4am is something I can put up with because I can bring my dog with me.
