Inadequate light in room and for shaving in bathroom. Carpet in lobby worn. Hook of bathroom door for robe or towels would be welcome.
For a public establishment that is powered and supportedby Niagra Falls, one would think that you could afford to light your guest rooms properly. The dim rooms and depressingly dim breakfast area signals a dreary stay for customers. Next time I will bring my own 100 watt bulbs or, better yet, choose another hotel.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Hampton Inn/Victor. A short drive to restaurants and the Eastview Mall.
Breakfast is good, room was clean. Accessible room had no bedside stands, no chair besides desk chair, tile floor in bath was slippery.
This is my family's 3rd stay at Hampton Inn and suites Victor, NY. We stay because of their easy access from the Thruway but also because it's clean and comfortable and the suite is perfect for my family of 7! Great breakfast in the morning to start the day off right and the pool is very nice to relax and cool off. Even the McDonalds next door is a bonus! The kids love it! Thanks Hampton Inn! Great job!
Friendly staff nice hotel. hot breakfast to be updated. it was terrible but not because of the cook(s)..the product(s) they are given are awful. like army food👎👎.
The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast sufficient. I asked for a connecting room and was told there were none however, my room was a connecting room. I would have given five stars if that request was accomodated.
