The staff ws friendly, very polite. The rooms wer clean.
The hotel was well managed and clean. Pool was nice and the breakfast was good.
We stayed on the 2nd floor and a full bag of trash remained at the end of the hall for the two night we were there.

Our stay at the LaQuinta location 2750 Geyser Drive was very accommodating! The customer service was excellent! We would like to especially thank Ms. Josephine Heger and Ms. Heather for ensuring our hotel experience was successful by providing and accommodating us through a difficult experience my husband and I had to endure! Our home had a faulty pipe that burst and caused us to have to move into hotel accommodations until it was resolved! Ms. Josephine and Ms. Heather made our stay unforgettable and should be recognized for their outstanding hospitality skills! We will recommend anyone we know who needs hotel accommodations to LaQuinta especially at this location! Thank you and keep up the Great work your establishment provides for all your future hotel guests!

We had a difficult experience after booking and arriving at the hotel, we were presented with a deposit requirement that was not disclosed when booking. We had paid for the room in full prior to checking in so it was confusing. Hotel said it’s standard for Expedia booked rooms but we did not use Expedia. We called the hotels reservation line and while it turns out to be a booking service in Colorado, it was not Expedia. The staff and management were extremely rude and condescending, including the management. When I checked out they would not give me a receipt as they said they don’t provide those for Expedia booked rooms. When I said again that we didn’t book through Expedia, the desk person raised their voice and was extremely rude. Just a horrible staff.

Hotel is becoming rundown. Our room was two doors down from a bashed in door of a room that I was told door has to be opened by a fire are due to a rape. Wallpaper is falling down and taped up with clear tape. Door handles are loose. Was told many are and Wyndham will not pay for replacements. Breakfast consisted of sausage and waffles. Where are the potatoes and eggs. Entrance was slippery where snow was melting off the overhang for checkin drive through. I was told maintenance would not be in until Monday. On a positive note the AM front desk was amazing and very kind at letting us wait out a storm with a late check out. We are traveling with a small dog and the room did not smell at all of dog urine. We have stayed at this hotel for 10+ years as we travel. Will be looking for another hotel in CS.
