TV didn't have all channels. Room wasn't cleaned very well. Didn't get items restocked. However the girl at front desk was pleasant.
This hotel is awful. We paid for a room with two queen beds. We got in our room and there were ants all over the room. We asked to move rooms and they down graded us to a room with smaller beds. The refrigerator in the new room did not work. We were then put in another room for the following night and the door did not lock and the TV did not work. All three rooms were not very clean and the front desk people were rude. They also refused to give any compensation for all the trouble.
My expectations were low but, I was pleasantly surprised. Clean room, courtious front desk.I was pleased.
