My stay at Extended Stay was very comfortable very clean room, hallways and lobby. Very helpful and friendly staff especially Chrystalee and Julius. Definitely will be back. Thx for all.
Our stay included two reservations and I already did one. Please look at the other. In addition to the other, three times I saw a young woman hanging out at the desk in her bathrobe. It seemed a little bit “homey” for a hotel. I know lots of people of different circumstances stay there, but still…..
Same trash (and dirt) in hall for our 5days. Laundry room floor dirty, which I insisted on cleaning. Our room had two dirty (caked on) spots, which I cleaned with wet toilet paper). One was in front of bedside table and another in front of heating/cooling unit. Laundry had more broken dryers than usable. On our last night, as we returned, there were two people wanting to check in who had reservations and they were told they had no clean rooms and to wait a half hour. When they asked if they would for sure be ready, desk staff shrugged and said she didn’t know. Staff was always pleasant with me, but not very effusive. We would not recommend it. Sorry.
