None of the outlets would hold plugs. Front desk clerks were not helpful. Continental breakfast had stale bread. Room was in rough shape. Tub was stained and chipped. A/C was really loud. A homeless family was living in the parking lot. Hallway was dirty and smelled like weed.
Easy check in. Clean and quiet.
There were some signs of wear and tear on the room. The bathroom door had some damage to it. Otherwise, everything was very clean.
First impression walking in, was that it stunk really bad of weed. Lady at the front desk had about five kids screaming in the office as she was getting our room key. The air conditioning/ heat was annoying because you couldn't just keep it on all night it kept turning off and back on every 10 mins. Pool and hot tub was small but nice. Lastly, no gym and the breakfast options were all trash. Like three choices of mini muffins and some fruit loops, maybe yogurt and some oatmeal. Plus, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything going on there.. . Very weird vibe.

When we arrived, the check in went smoothly. However, the room was extremely cold. The thermostat registered the lowest it could. 45 degrees. The receptionist turned up the heat in two other rooms that were no warmer than ours. I requested two extra blankets and we slept in our clothes. The heat source in the room comes from the unit on the wall. I had made the reservation earlier in the day and we arrived at 5:30 pm. No one had bothered to turn up the heat. I talked to three other people in the breakfast room. Her comment was that their rooms were crazy a cold. They wore clothes too bed, too. On a bright note, the room was clean, but the microwave didn’t work. Beware!
Beds were ok, pillows comfortable. Clean room.
