Service is important to me. I don’t often take time to write a review but once in a while certain people stand out. Stephanie was at the front desk. She answered the phone when I called with questions and was there to check me in and out. She is excellent at her job. She is friendly while being professional. Many hotels are similar. What separates the average from the above average are solid employees that smile and genuinely make you feel welcomed.
