The room was clean, And everything looked Good!
The Staff was GREAT! So friendly and always willing to help! I stayed there for 6 days. My room wasn't cleaned once. The light in the bathroom flickered on and off the whole time. The door lock was so hard to lock and unlock. The food at breakfast wasn't great either! I know they were busy with all the Hurricane Helene workers in the area, maybe that's why it wasn't up to par. I was happy to het a reservation with all the workers on town.
I would 100% stay in Country Inn and Suites, your management team in this horrible time was terrific. No internet, no phones, yet your staff was amazing, considerate, hard working, kept everyone updated! IN the middle of this disaster in NC, we were in the dry, with electricity and water (sometimes) and the rooms were even clean! Thank you!
The check in staff was incredibly kind! I really enjoyed my stay! I'll be visiting again in the very near future.
