We stayed here because we were attending a concert at Cuthbert Amphitheater. We were able to walk there and back without having to hassle with parking. Perfect!
Breakfast was nice the first morning we had to wait for coffee but everything else was fine.
The breakfast was nice, the room was clean and they had free cookies in the evenings!

The staff was friendly. Unfortunately no one is at the front desk so you have to ring a bell. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. But I would not sit on the couch. It was torn and stained.
