Coming from an executive of housekeeping the cleanliness was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the star of the show was the maintenance man you can tell he cares for that property like it's his own and that speaks volumes. Thanks for the amazing stay.
The staff was very responsive and friendly. The room was basic, yet clean. It had a good sized fridge, a microwave and coffee maker. TV and WiFi seemed to be good. We had a little excitement with the hair dryer overheating, but that unit was replaced first thing the following morning. This hotel sits right on the beach with balcony views of the ocean and has a small pool that is open and maintained daily. The boardwalk and all the attractions are just over a mile up the road and bonus not having to deal with the crazy traffic to get in and out of hotel. They did have suites at the back of the hotel that had balconies open direct to the pool area and full ocean view, which seemed pretty cool. I would definitely stay here again and recommend for budget friendly stays!
The room was newly remodeled with a walk in shower and thankfully, no carpet. It was very clean. The staff serviced it every day with clean towels and removed the trash. They also refreshed the bedding. It smelled clean each day when we returned. The A/C worked well and kept room comfortable. The bed was soft and super comfortable. The toilet flushed and the drains drained quickly. I know this seems like it doesn’t matter but I’ve stayed in places much more expensive in Myrtle Beach where that was not so and it was a pain. The staff were friendly and very responsive.
Good place to stay. Everything in the room worked perfectly.
