The first night of my arrival, the restaurant was slow and my waitress kept bumping my table, the restaurant was not packed so why? Also, I has to ask for my silverware, my tea and my check. The next time I tried to give the restaurant a 2nd chance, I told the waiter that the lamb looipops with pistachios need to have the pistachios removed based on my nut allergy. The lamb was delivered with pistachios. They comped it, but the point is that the restaurant was slow and you missed a basic life threatening allergy and were nonchalant about it—3 rusty stars for the restaurant.
The valet Craig was the most helpful throughout our stay. He helped us with everything, everyday. He dropped us off where we needed to be and picked us up when we needed to be back. Helped me locate my sunglasses, helped us upgrade our room and more. He was just super helpful.

Expedia Group verifies all reviews to ensure that the customer has indeed booked on our site. To encourage customers to submit their reviews, we send an email containing a link to evaluate the hotel to which we sometimes attach a reduction or Expedia Rewards voucher to use on a future trip. We post all reviews whether they are positive or negative, to the extent that they respect our content directives. This monitoring is automated. Any rejection is manually checked and, if maintained, notified to the reviewer by email with reasons. We do not otherwise process changes, nor reviewer contact. We de-list reviews after 4 years, other than for properties having a non-significant number of reviews.
