The cool thing about Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West is that it offers a full-service spa, indoor pool, and outdoor tennis courts for guests to enjoy during their stay.
In town for surgery, with as close to hospital as you could get, not a single wheel chair available.
I will never stay at this hotel again, while it was quiet and off the beaten path – I had exactly three facial tissues in the room and 1/2 a roll of toilet paper – these things are super important to a business traveler…. The room was scalding hot so I turned the air conditioner down all the way to 60° and it didn’t make any difference so I cooked….. No chance whenever ever go back to this place….
The property was clean. We had to wait a bit (15 minutes) to check in (apparently a staff shortage at the desk). As an apology we we given two free breakfasts. The staff working the dining room was wonderful.
My stay at Crowne Plaza was just what I needed. The environment is beautiful, simple, elegant, yet homey. The rooms are clean, quiet, restorative and the staff, excellent. A great place to land.
