My son lives in Milan and we have tried several. We have a dog and he was even satisfied. We will be using your hotel from now on.
Requested a double room down stairs. All doubles were moved too second floor without notice of such. Room was smaller than the double downstairs we had last year. Was told close to elevator, room behind elevator was 226 we was assigned 206 closer to back stairs, both of us are on canes for walking and had to walk better than 3/4 of the section of hallway. Seen only One couple on cleaning crew hallways never cleaned elevator was worse. Door runner was full off sand rocks, seen cigarette butts. Found dead bugs on bathroom wall silver fish on bathroom floor. Have pictures of everything and more.

Our room was clean. Very nice pool and gym areas were clean and staff helpful.
