Hotel was nice and clean and staff was friendly.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, we needed an extra night due to breaking down on a motorcycle trip, very accommodating, allowing us to get the part and install it on premises so we could make it home. I do not have enough great things to say. I would definitely recommend them to the biker community.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent service. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Shuttle service and park/fly made the trip so easy in and out of the airport.
The hotel is across the street from the Buffalo, New York airport and centrally located to all attractions. Parking is free and the lot is big. There’s several meeting spaces in the lobby for friends and family to gather. The hotel is clean. I was unable to enjoy the on site restaurant, gym, pool and hot tub because of doing so many outside activities. It’s a 30 minute drive over to Canada which we did do. The stay was pleasant.
The room was very clean and had the latest amenities. I was impressed with the service, the cleanliness of the entire facility, the restaurant and bar.
The staff and rooms were excellent. I will stay again. The best hotel I have stayed in a long time!
