We had a king room suite and the heater and a beeping noise coming from wall unit. When I called front desk they said to flip the breaker line they knew of the problem, yet didn't offer another room for annoyance. It continued everytime I used heater, so I shut it off. Went to use hot tub and it was full.

We stayed here for two nights with our 6 year old cat. We stayed in room 424, king suite, this was ideal as it was all alone in the furthest corner. It was quiet. The suite was very large, full kitchen (2 burner stove/no oven, a kitchen table, full dishwasher, kitchen wear and full refrigerator). The bed was very comfy, the sofa was nice, did have a pull out bed but we did not test it, a small desk, end of bed bench and extra lounge chair. The bathroom was spacious, large walk in shower and toilet, vanity makeup mirror and full closet. This over looks the back of the building which is just a large grass area with trees, very pretty. The hotel was clean and calm, plenty of parking, the breakfast was good, coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7. The front desk staff and kitchen staff were very nice, other employees were also very friendly. Would stay here again if in the area. It is located right off the highway and a five min drive to the mall which has plenty of shopping options and food. By the end of our stay we had to wrestle our cat back into his stroller to leave. He is not one to want to stay away from home. Thank you for a positive experience.
Everyone from the reception desk to the maids were friendly and very professional. Everyone was very helpful with every request that we had. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful each day showing us what they had made. The desk staff were very helpful in accessing the pool for us. All in all this was a terrific stay.
